NEW BELLS FARMHOUSE

The original Grade II* Listed house was refurbished, strengthened and the oak frame conserved.  Modern partitions were removed to create more spacious rooms.

 The scheme includes a new light and airy Garden  Room, Gallery and Link to new Garages and Cartlodge on the ground floor, new staircase, and rearrangement of the first floor to provide a new Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom, three further bedrooms and bathroom at first and second floors.

This project won the RIBA Craftsmanship Award 2014.
