Architectural Technician/Technologist
The Role
We are looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our growing team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and contractors where necessary.

Assist with technical and presentation drawing.

Researching materials.
-
Contribute towards the completion of approvals, fabrication and construction drawings.
The ideal Candidate:
-
Proficient in Autodesk AutoCad 2022/23 and Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Possesses a keen interest in traditional building and classical design.

Excellent attention to detail.
-
Creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
-
Good communication and presentation skills.
-
Problem solving and technical realisation skills.
Please note that our office is based in a rural location with limited access to public transport. Applicants must be based locally or have access to a vehicle. The position is permanent with a 3-month probation period. 20 days holiday pro rata + bank holidays. Salary is dependent on experience. ROLE CAN NOT BE CARRIED OUT REMOTELY.
