Office Administrator

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to provide support to the company Director. The role will include filing, updating the company website, diary management, office management and ad-hoc duties.


This is a part-time role based on-site in a quiet, rural office. We are looking for someone to work 1-2 days per week. Usual office hours are 9am-5.30pm, however this role can be made flexible and worked around your schedule.



  • Maintaining the digital and manual filing systems.

  • Updating the company website using Wix.

  • Diary management.

  • Tracking and ordering office supplies.

  • Managing office utility contracts, IT solutions and insurance renewals.

  • Tracking expenses.

  • Issuing invoices.

  • Ad-hoc admin.


The ideal Candidate:

  • Competent with technology, easily adaptable.

  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

  • Ability to use Adobe InDesign and Photoshop beneficial but not essential.

  • Self-motivated and proactive.

  • An interest in Architecture is beneficial but not essential.

  • Organised.

  • Excellent communicator.


Please note that our office is based in a remote location with no access to public transport. Applicants must be based locally or have access to a vehicle. The position is permanent with a 3-month probation period. 20 days holiday pro rata + bank holidays. Salary is negotiable. This role cannot be carried out remotely.
