The house is currently at the construction stage. It is a new build in the countryside, granted under clause 79(e)  of the NPPF which requires a truly outstanding design, reflecting the highest standards in architecture and helping to raise standards of design more generally in rural areas. This project has a A rating & 0 carbon ofest for 70+ years.

The walls are to be a mixture of brick, flint and two types of limestone. The roof is to be pegtile. The architectural composition derives from an inter-related set of classic proportions related to musical harmonies.
