The project includes a new two storey residential annex with attached pool hall in the grounds of a Grade II Listed House.

The building features a sedum roof and solar panels externally. The pool hall has sliding folding doors opening out onto the garden with a 17.5 metre long x 4.1 metre high mural painted by Philippa Dow.

Internally, the Annex has a sitting room, study, changing rooms and a kitchenette at ground floor and two bedrooms and a shower room at first floor.  The sitting room has a bespoke ironwork fireplace and sliding folding doors opening onto the pool hall.  The plant room is below ground.
