ARCHITECTURE The core of the practice is architecture with interior design, landscaping and art supporting this. Our approach is to use traditional crafts and materials in a fresh way and our finished projects have a life enhancing quality. The project illustrated at top right included extensions to the left, right and rear of an existing house and a complete overhaul of the original which involved building new floors, a new roof and lantern and all new joinery. This project included the interior design and landscaping. The project at centre right was for a large extension to a Grade II* Listed Building and the refurbishment and conservation of the original building. This project included the design of the extensive interiors and laying out the large gardens. The project below right was for a new Orangery set in large grounds. Exciting projects currently underway include the interiors for a 68 metre motor yacht on five decks under construction in Holland, the interior fit out of a London riverside apartment, alterations and extensions to listed houses, a listed barn conversion to residential use, a vast new green oak barn for leisure use and a new covered swimming pool with an unusual frame design which is something really quite different. |
